Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Adviser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for guiding businesses toward sustainable growth. In this role, you will work closely with the senior management team to analyze, advise, and optimize business functions, market positioning, and operational procedures. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of the organization as we continue to expand and modernize.
Duties
- Evaluate and assess business operations, marketing initiatives, sales processes, and service delivery methods.
- Identify organizational challenges and recommend strategic improvements across departments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance data to inform business decisions.
- Design and implement data collection frameworks to support evidence-based strategy
- Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Conduct internal workshops and staff briefings to align teams with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on business strategies, operational improvements, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support strategic planning.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a business advisory or consultancy role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively and inspire collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in conducting market research and analysis to support strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, administrative, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
